Bridgestone AutoCare & Tyre (ACT) – an integrated full-facility auto service centre is officially opened for operation in 7 locations in the Klang Valley on 14 June 2008. ACT is a division of Bridgestone Tyre Sales (M) Sdn Bhd and the latest addition to the Bridgestone family channels of PRO-Shops, Truck Tyre Centres, Retread Partners and Fleet Points.
The key priority of ACT is Customer Safety Policy as outlined by its tagline – "We act as your safety partner". This is reflected in our reliable, quality and personalised service aimed at delivering total customer satisfaction. We are confident that with the 'thumbs-up' service offered, ACT will take its place as one of the preferred one-stop auto service centres for vehicle owners in the Klang Valley.
To this end, ACT has come up with an 8-action programme to render safety service and total customer care by: listening very well to customer requirements, inspecting well of customer car, explaining thoroughly of the car condition to the customer, proposing the most suitable products and services, fixing with professional skill, explaining proper usage with kind attitude and keeping precise record of customer car.
ACT also offers premium products i.e. tyre, lubricant, battery, brake and shock absorber among others from leading manufacturers such as Bridgestone, Proton R3, Shell, Bendix, Denso, Delkor, Performance AutoParts, Yokohama Battery and etc. Customers can take advantage of the various promotional service packages and best-buys, and be assured of genuine parts used and professional services by skilled mechanics.
The implementation of customer relation programme is underway to enhance greater service level by meeting all customer requirements and strengthening customer loyalty. ACT also works closely with their business partners to provide more premium products for its customers.
